A new category.

This is a baking (and traveling) blog.

I aim to keep it that way.

But i get a lot of inspiration (and motivation) from all kinds of sources.

My visits to cafes and restaurants,

art&design&photography, 

architecture, 

books,

people, 

even music(videos).

With my favorites I want to give you a short inspirational list.

Odds and ends.

Trinkets of my imagination.

I hope you enjoy.

"Into the wild", watch the movie, read the true history, think on it.

I sure did.

"Quay", Sydney restaurant, highly awarded, book with unusual recipes and stunning photos.

"Gaucho", William (Curley) took me here to eat lunch - great organic Argentinean beef.

And wine.

"In your arms", no green screen, just months of work creating art with jelly beans.

Eine neue Kategorie.

Das ist ein Back-(und Reise-)blog.

Ich beabsichtige es dabei zu belassen.

Ich bekomme aber viel Inspiration (und Motivation) von allen möglichen Quellen.

Ich hoffe es gefällt.

"Into the wild", schau den Film, lese die wahre Geschichte dahinter, denk 'drüber nach.

Ich habe nachgedacht.

"Quay", Sydney restaurant, hohe Auszeichnungen, Buch mit ungewöhnlichen Rezepten und unglaublichen Fotos.

"Gaucho", vonWilliam (Curley) dort zum Lunch eingeladen - tolles Argentinisches Bio-Rind.

Und wahnsinns Wein.

"In your arms", kein "green screen", nur viele Monate Arbeit um mit jelly beans Kunst zu kreiren.

Seit ich in London bin schreibe ich Briefe.
